I traveled a lot to Europe and fell in love with European decor and approach to cafes, restaurant and coffee shop spaces.
Every time I came back home I’d think “Why don’t we have something like this in the Sacramento area?”Why are coffee shops so alike and have the same dark color schemes and design?” I kept daydreaming about something European and beautiful.
One day I decided to create such a place myself! Bright, unique, aesthetic, beautiful, and most importantly tasty. A place where I would want to invite friends, a place that would excite visitors and would become a pretty picture-perfect spot and talk of the town!
The decision was made
And the search for a perfect location began. I imagined large floor to ceiling windows to make sure I can create a bright and airy place. I searched relentlessly for the perfect spot. After all that searching, I found a perfect little corner in Folsom! However, our competition from other businesses trying to buy the space was making it very difficult! But, after explaining my plan and goal for our café we got the space!
Excited and charged with energy to fulfil my dreams, we started making repairs to the space, took out a loan, and carefully selected furniture to fit the concept. We passed all inspections. and then waited for quarantine to end… and FINALLY OPENED our doors on May 26th 2021!
